Supported Living

Supported living allows you to live independently and have control over how and when you receive support. We can support you to achieve your goals, such as becoming an active member of your local community. And, our flexible support is tailored to your needs, whether you are looking for a few hours a week or more. Together, we co-create personalised support plans focusing on your interests, priorities and skills. The type of support you receive is controlled by you, from help with personal care needs and managing finances, to finding education, work or leisure activities-you decide!

Supported living is a service designed to help people with a wide range of support needs retain their independence being supported in their own homes, and people in supported living have their own tenancy and are responsible for their own bills and cost of living. We support, supervise or care for people to live as independently as possible in the community. Supported living services can help if you do not want to live in residential care but you are finding it difficult to cope at home.

And our supported living schemes are generally suitable for people who are more able but here at Esquisite Care, we are proud to also support adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions, who may also have challenging behaviours, and mental health challenges.

Temporary Staffing

Esquisite Care is a provider of temporary and contract roles within the healthcare sector, and we provide skilled and reliable temporary Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Support Workers to cover everything from short-term sickness to long-term work. We offer flexible employment opportunities, allowing Nurses and care assistants to work on a part-time, full-time or temporary basis. Esquisite Care provides bespoke respite care, to ease transition from hospital to home life. We have lots of respite care options, ranging from providing temporary relief for a primary caregiver, sitting with the person we look after for a few hours to a short stay in the home. Our respite care is short-term care for older people who need extra support following an operation or illness, or for temporary care while their regular carer takes a well-earned break. Esquisite Care delivers trusted care, and our highly qualified team provides care with a smile, prioritising respect to our clients.

Our caregivers are based locally in Brighton and hove district, so they can provide regular visits if needed

Live-In Care

Esquisite Care provides constant, round- the-clock care from a fully-trained and dedicated carer who lives with you in your home, offering a helping hand at a moment's notice. Your live-in carer will be available to support you with any specific needs to keep you comfortable and independent at home. Our live-in carers help with personal care and medical care. And, they provide companionship and practical support throughout the day.

Our live-in care services in East and West Sussex offer one-to-one care at home with a carefully-matched highly trained live-in carer. Our home caregiver will live with you in your home, delivering a bespoke plan of care and 24-hour support.

Live-in care is practical, emotional, and personal care is provided around-the-clock in the individual's own home. Our professional and expert carers live in the house supporting with day-to-day needs.
